Easy Electric Fix started with a simple frustration: getting a reliable electrician in Dhaka shouldn’t depend on luck. We set out to build a team that turns up when promised, explains the problem honestly and leaves your home safer than we found it.
Every one of us has been in the position of waiting all day for a repairman who never came, or paying for a repair that failed a week later. Too often the cheapest part was used, the joint was taped instead of terminated, and nobody explained what had actually gone wrong.
Easy Electric Fix was set up from our base in Mohakhali DOHS to do the opposite. We keep our team small enough that standards stay high, and trained enough that one technician can handle the electrical faults and water leaks most households face. We don’t subcontract jobs to strangers and we don’t send someone out without the right tools.
Our aim is simple: when something stops working, you call one number, get an honest answer, and have it fixed safely — at a price you agreed to before we began.
Circuits are isolated and tested dead before work begins. We never work live to save time.
Replacing parts until something works is expensive. We test until we know the cause.
You approve a fixed price before we start. If something changes, we stop and ask.
Dust sheets, shoe covers and a proper clean-up are part of the job — not an extra.
Our technicians come from electrical trade training and years of residential and commercial site work. Before joining a customer visit on their own, each technician works alongside a senior colleague to learn our testing routine, our quoting process and how we talk to customers.
Every technician carries a company ID card. You’re always welcome to ask to see it, and to call our office to confirm who is visiting.
