About these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form the agreement between you and Easy Electric Fix, Flat-4/A, House-184/B, Road-21, Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka, Bangladesh, for the use of our website and services. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Our services

We provide electrical repair, installation, wiring, distribution board, backup power and water-leak repair services for homes, flats, shops and small offices in Dhaka. Descriptions on our website are general. The exact scope of any job is confirmed in the quote given to you after diagnosis.

We do not carry out high-voltage work, work on the utility supplier’s side of the meter, gas installations, or structural building work. Where a job needs another specialist, we will tell you.

Bookings and appointments

• Bookings may be made by phone, WhatsApp, email or through our website form. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm the date and arrival window.
• Arrival windows are estimates. Traffic, weather and urgent safety jobs may cause delays; we will call to let you know.
• An adult (18+) must be present to give access, approve the quote and check the completed work.
• You must provide safe access to the work area, the distribution board and any water valves.

Quotes and pricing

Prices on our price guide are starting labour rates and are provided for guidance. After diagnosis, the technician will give you a fixed quote for the agreed work. Work begins only after you accept the quote.

If unexpected issues are discovered during work — for example, hidden damage behind a wall — we will stop and explain them, and continue only after you approve a revised quote. Parts are charged at market price unless otherwise agreed.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is complete and tested, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing (for example, monthly invoicing for maintenance clients or deposits for large projects). We accept cash, bKash, Nagad and bank transfer. An itemised receipt is provided for every payment.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information about the problem and your property.
• Tell us about any known hazards, previous electrical work or building restrictions.
• Obtain permission from your landlord or building management where required.
• Keep children and pets away from the work area.
• Not ask our technicians to carry out work that would be unsafe or unlawful.

Our right to refuse or stop work

Our technicians may refuse or stop work if the site is unsafe, if carrying out the work would breach safety standards, if they are treated abusively, or if the customer insists on a method or part the technician believes is dangerous. Any work already completed will be charged fairly.

Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on our workmanship from the date of completion. If a repair we carried out fails due to our workmanship within this period, we will return and correct it without labour charges. The warranty does not cover:

• Faults caused by misuse, overloading, power surges, lightning or flooding.
• Parts supplied by the customer.
• Work altered or repaired by anyone else after our visit.
• Pre-existing faults we identified and recommended fixing, but which you chose not to fix.

Parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty, where one exists.

Limitation of liability

We take care to protect your property during work. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, hidden damage that could not reasonably be detected, or losses caused by power outages or supply problems outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Bangladesh, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009.

Use of this website

Content on this website, including text, design, layout and our logo, belongs to Easy Electric Fix or is used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not copy, republish or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit false booking requests.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
