Home / Emergency
When something is unsafe, you need someone who picks up. Call +88 01847-334443 and our team will talk you through making things safe, then send the nearest available technician with priority over routine jobs.
Some faults can wait for a scheduled slot. These can’t. If you’re unsure, call anyway — it costs nothing to ask, and we would much rather hear from you early.
From a socket, switch, appliance or the DB board.
A hot plastic or fishy smell near switches or wiring.
From a tap, metal door frame, fridge or washing machine.
Your flat is dark while neighbours still have supply.
A leak dripping into a light fitting, socket or board.
The main switch or RCCB trips instantly every time.
These steps are about keeping people safe. Never open a DB board cover, remove fittings, or try to repair live wiring yourself — even a switched-off board can have live parts.
If it is safe to reach, turn off the main switch or breaker on your DB board. Don’t touch it with wet hands.
Move children and pets away from the affected area. Do not touch anyone who is in contact with a live source — switch off first.
Use a CO₂ or dry-powder extinguisher if you have one, or call 999 / fire service if a fire has started.
If sockets aren’t hot or sparking, unplug sensitive electronics before power is restored.
If water is involved, close the main water valve or the angle valve under the basin or cistern.
Ring +88 01847-334443. Tell us what you saw, heard or smelt, and send a photo if you can do so safely.
Our first job on an urgent call is to isolate the danger — cut supply to the faulty circuit, check for heat damage and make sure the rest of your home can safely stay on. Only then do we trace the fault and talk you through the options.
Where a full repair needs parts or more time, we’ll leave you with a safe temporary arrangement — for example, restoring lights and the fridge while one damaged circuit stays off — and book the permanent fix at a time that suits you.
Our phone line is answered every day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Outside these hours, leave a message or send a WhatsApp to the same number and we’ll respond as soon as a technician is available.
Call and describe it. We’ll tell you honestly whether it’s urgent or whether a normal booking is fine.
